Tasty Tuesday and Summer Barbecue Recipe Ideas

Hi Friends! It’s another Tasty Tuesday, and this week I am sharing

recipes for a summer barbecue. These are recipes I have shared before, and I made a collection of some of the more popular ones that would work great for a barbecue.

I must thank my friend Maribeth Schmidt for her help on many of these fabulous pictures! She is so talented and I had the pleasure or working with her on some of these photos. She is truly a gifted photographer, and I learn something new every time we are together!

I’m sharing my easiest and most popular onion chip dip, a delicious way to cook corn on the cob, a hearty and fantastic pasta salad, and a fantastic recipe for smoked chicken. So without further ado, lets begin!

First up, a crowed favorite: the easiest and best chip dip ever! If you would like to see the recipe, click here: Onion Chip Dip.

You can serve it up with fresh veggies,

Or pretzels or chips… and its so easy to make!

For a tangy delicious tortellini pasta salad, click here:  Tortellini Pasta Salad.

Check out this all star team of ingredients!

Ok, this salad is so good… I am drooling on the keyboard!

You will be a hit, I guarantee!

And if you want to take your corn to a whole new level, try this recipe for: Basil Oven Baked Corn on the Cob

This corn is so rich and savory, it’s a home run!

And finally, if you would like to see the recipe for smoked barbecue chicken, click here.

The recipe will show you how to use the smoker, it really is easy. A smoker might make a great Father’s Day Gift.

Smoking the meat leaves it juicy, tender and super flavorful.

What do you like to make for your barbecue? I would love to hear!

I hope you make lots of plans to gather with friends. There is such a casual vibe that goes with summertime. And those warm evenings are so blissful, and so much fun when shared with friends. And its a great opportunity to meet some new neighbors. Have them all bring a dish to pass.

People are longing for friendship, and you will really bless them if you invite them over. Or get them all to meet at a local park that has barbecues. The kids would love it! There is something so fun about going to a park for a picnic. It’s a new surrounding, full of beautiful nature, fresh air, and with your fantastic recipes, you are guaranteed your evening is going to be a blast.

Have a fantastic week! I’ll be back Friday with another post.

Love Always,

Amy
