How are you going to spend your weekend? Its chilly here, our forecast calls for the 20’s today and cold all weekend. But we know Spring is just around the corner! My sister Stacey and I are going to connect later today, and she has “Fashionista” in her DNA so who knows where that will take us!
So today I am sharing a few pieces where I am pushing the fashion envelope just a bit out of my comfort zone, but
This week was super busy for me, so I am really looking forward to some r & r this weekend! How about you? Well grab your coffee, and lets chat a bit! It’s “Fashion Friday”, and I wanted to share a little treasure that came across my radar. There are a number of companies I’ve discovered recently that provide a personal shopping service that you can connect with online and have trendy clothing delivered right to your door! I now have tried three different
I hope you have some time this weekend set aside just to enjoy life! I must confess, the warmer temperatures bring thoughts of spring and… ice cream to mind! Like heading to a place with all the toppings and options! My brother and I were talking the other day, he used to work at a Baskin Robbins when he was a teenager, and he said
Yay! Its Friday! I’m so glad you’re here! It’s shaping up to be another fantastic February weekend!
Today I’m including two topics, Fashion and Zumba!
First, a shoutout to some very dear friends of mine, Kaleigh and Alex Prokic, who have come alongside me as I began this blogging journey. They have provided many hours of technical mentoring and support, and inspiration.
What does everyone have going on this weekend? Something really fun or relaxing, I hope!
So today I am trying something totally new… my first attempt at a “Fashion Blog Post”! Ok, so I’m a late bloomer… I openly admit I feel like a fashion troglodyte in her first day at charm school. But here I am! The cool thing is that I’ve decided I love this crazy time in fashion! There have never been more options or styles or total acceptance of
I don’t know if you watched the Superbowl, but oh what a comeback story! It seemed the Patriots were simply under a cloud for most of the game. You could see discouragement and even despair on their faces. But then, hope returned as they began to scale the mountain. I don’t know about you, but I was so inspired just watching the turnaround and watching them claw their way back up to what seemed an impossible victory! During the game, it
Today I thought I would share about the day my son Jake took me kayaking. I had expressed an interest in it because I knew he loved it so much. And he readily agreed!
We planned a date and location, which is the first step in all great adventures. That puts it in motion! Then I asked him if we were sharing a kayak.“No, Mom! That’s what your blog is all about! Getting out there and doing it! You can do this!”
A new year is here, and we have this beautiful moment where we look back and forward at the same time. I get so excited about a new year because its like getting a blank canvas to fill! How will I fill it differently? What do I want it to look like?
I think all of us want 2017 to be better than 2016. I believe it can be… for all of us!
I recently began running again. Now picture in your head a woman who has not exercised much in the past 25
I can’t tell you how excited I am to begin this journey as a blogger with you!
I’ve been dreaming about this for so long, and the day is finally here! I’m so excited!
A little about my own story, I’m a midwest girl, born and raised in a family with six kids, and my mom and dad all of whom I adore. I married my high school sweetheart, Troy, and we have 2 awesome young adult sons, Shane and Jake. We also have a wonderful rescue doggy “Kasey”!
Like all of us, life had its share of ups and downs, but for the most part was pretty rewarding. I absolutely love
